Why isn't my device full after oiling?
We recommend that the product sit for a period of time after filling with oil, at which time the ceramic core will be fully saturated with oil to provide better enjoyment. In addition, when the product is properly snapped closed, air pressure will build up inside the tank, causing the fluid level to drop.
Can disposables and cartridges be refilled?
No, in order to ensure the ultimate product experience, CILICON products are not reusable, which means that when the mouthpiece is once snapped fully closed, it will not be able to be opened again. Once the product has been used up, we will ask you to discard the product, if needed you can purchase more replacements on our website.
How are products filled with oil?
Each CILICON product includes a downloadable oil-filling operation guide on its product page. You can follow the instructions to ensure proper and safe filling.

Where are CILICON products designed and manufactured?
CILICON is headquartered in Shenzhen, China, with offices in the U.S. in order to be closer to the market and to react quickly to market trends. To ensure consistency and stability, products are manufactured in our own China factory. CILICON has its own research, engineering and design facilities as well as product patents, and develops and produces products under strict quality control from start to finish.
Are the batteries fully charged?
All equipment (disposables, cartridge batteries and pod systems) are shipped to our warehouse fully charged. Due to the natural wear and tear of batteries during storage, we recommend fully charging rechargeable devices before first use.
Do you sell pre-filled vape devices?
No, we just sell hardware.
How should I store my products?
We recommend removing cartridges from the battery when not in use. Keep your cartridges or disposable devices in a dry and cool environment. Do not store or charge the product in your car in hot weather. *Please note that due to the self-discharge of the technology, the life of the battery gradually decreases after a long period of rest and we recommend that you charge the battery before you are ready to use it again. Charging before using it again will help restore optimal functionality.
How do I press-fit the CILICON Cartridge?
Since oiling and pressing operations vary from product to product, we recommend that you refer to the operating instructions for the corresponding product. In order to ensure the sealing of the product after oiling and to minimize the leakage incidents caused by incomplete fastening, we strongly recommend you to use professional Jigs and Tools.
What's the difference between a Button-Activated and a Inhale Activated?
There is no difference between the two activation methods.Epending on individual usage habits, Inhale Activated is relatively more convenient for beginner users.
How can I improve the efficiency of my oil injection?
CILICON’s packaging is designed to support batch oiling and press-fitting. To increase your efficiency, we recommend that you use a batch oiling and Jigs and Tools.
Are product charging cables provided?
Not available, but most CILICON products use micro USB or type-C charging method
What is the difference between a ceramic core and a cotton core?
According to CILICON’s 15 years of research and development experience in the field of cannabis oil atomization, ceramic core is more suitable to be used for cannabis oil atomization than cotton core, which provides a good taste experience, longer lasting performance, the ability to control the temperature easily, and a high atomization efficiency.

Delivery
Where do you deliver?
CILICON has warehouses in the continental United States. We currently deliver to the continental United States, with Alaska and Hawaii excluded for the time being. We are unable to deliver to other countries or regions at this time.
My package was not delivered although the status says delivered. What should I do?
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once the package/order has been processed and shipped by shipping company. We recommend that you check the following tips:
– Check the surrounding area for packages;
– Someone may have already accepted delivery for you;
– You may have been notified of an attempted delivery;
